Return & Refund Policy – VIHAN.SHOP

At VIHAN.SHOP, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food/snacks)

  • Items purchased on sale or promotional offers

  • Customized or made-to-order products


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app.

  • Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.


6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
